I went to bed a little early last night to try and catch up on some sleep from my missing nap the other day. When I woke up this morning I felt quite sleepy and the sleepy feeling has lasted a while.

Today I was working from home and I had nothing better to do on my lunch break so I thought I would go for a sneaky little nap. I woke up after about 15 minutes which was a bit disappointing but better than nothing. Let's see how this affects the rest of the day.

I didn't have a proper nap today because I was waiting to take delivery of a parcel (which never turned up), so by 6:00pm I was starting to feel pretty tired. I went to bed and did manage to fall asleep but only briefly.
I got up after about half an hour, and I felt surprisingly refreshed considering I must have only had about 20 minutes sleep.

Last night at about 11:00pm I came over very tired. The 20 minute power naps that I had yesterday did get rid of some of the tiredness, but the effects were not long lasting like my normal naps.
This morning I first woke up at 5:30am as usual, but I ended up drifting in and out of sleep for about 15 minutes. Maybe I should try sitting straight up when the alarm goes off to avoid this.
When the weather was warmer it was much easier to just jump out of bed, but now that it's cold it is way too tempting to lay there for a while.
