Last night I went to bed around 11:30pm. I recorded 33 minutes before I got to sleep, and I was definitely awake after 33 minutes but it didn't feel like very long so I probably dozed for some of it. It's hard to tell if I was awake or not sometimes!
I Slept through the night, turned off both alarms and got up 5 minutes later.

Today I came back a little early for my nap, and didn't feel sleepy so gave up after less than 10 minutes. I relaxed for a while and went back to bed and got to sleep, but the first half of my nap was quite restless, although I was fast asleep when my alarm went off.
