Last night I went to bed a little bit later and fell asleep pretty much straight away. I think I woke up just before my alarm went off but I went back to sleep which made it difficult to get up when it finally did go off...

I'm not sure what happened with this nap! I didn't feel any more tired than usual when I went for my nap, but I fell asleep within 10 minutes and then woke up naturally about an hour later.
When I woke up I looked at the clock a few times and thought that another half hour would be good! I was drifting in and out at this time and could have easily got up, and it actually took a bit of effort to go back to sleep.
Once I did go back to sleep though I went into a very deep sleep and then ended up sleeping for over 3 hours! I think this is too long to be considered a nap! It was nice though I guess.
