Last night I stayed up a bit later than usual, mainly due to the fact that my nap lasted nearly 3.5 hours yesterday! I wanted to make sure I was properly tired before I went to bed and it worked because I fell asleep very quickly.

At 6:00am my alarm went off and I got up straight away, so I obviously didn't need too much sleep last night.

Today when I went for my nap I sent an alarm for 1:45 hours but I still ended up dozing a little afterwards. After I logged the end of my sleep I stayed in bed for about 10 minutes but didn't sleep again (although I could have!).

Last night I started to feel sleepy around 11:30pm and it was nearly midnight by the time I got in bed. I fell asleep quickly, and woke up to may alarm at 5:00am.

When I woke up I turned off my first alarm as I was sure that I had set a second one for 10 minutes later, but the next thing I remember is waking up at 5:50am so it either didn't go off or I managed to turn it off in my sleep.
