Last night I went to bed just before 11:00pm and fell asleep pretty quickly, which was surprising considering how much I'd slept in the afternoon!

This morning I woke up naturally from a dream at 3:55am. I dreamt that I was in Lanzarote with Yu Lee, and I'd gone out for the evening to do some Spanish conversation. On my way back I bumped into my ex-girlfriend and we chatted a bit while I walked back to the apartment.

After I woke up I dozed off again until my alarm went off at 4:30am, but I could have easily have gotten up at 4:00am if I'd wanted to.
