I didn't feel well this morning and had an upset stomach. I ended up sleeping on the sofa in the living room a little while after I got up.

I napped in the bedroom, and woke up naturally after 40 minutes. This was a good but short nap, and was enough considering how long I'd slept the previous night.

I woke up briefly around 4:45am, then again at 6:30am. I considered getting up, but then I'd have to transfer Link to his cot and I didn't want to risk waking him up.

In the end I went back to sleep and got up when Link woke up just after 8:00am.
