Yesterday we went to Nandos and then went bowling and I had a few beers. In the evening I read and felt quite tired by the time we went to bed.
I fell asleep quickly and slept solidly. When the alarm went off I was dreaming but I don't remember my dream.

Today I fell asleep quickly for my nap. I set an alarm for just under 2 hours, and snoozed it once before getting up. This was a nice nap.

Last night I fell asleep quickly. I slept through the night and woke up from a dream when my alarm went off. I don't remember the dream at all.
