Last night we went to Yu Lee's dad's to babysit while they went to a concert. They didn't get back until gone midnight, so it was about 2:00am when we got home. I was very tired during the drive back and happy to get home.
We went to bed pretty much straight away, but as usual, without having a proper time to unwind it took me a while to fall asleep. When I did get to sleep I slept solidly and woke up to the alarm at 7:15am.

Even though I had a bit of a lay in this morning, I still missed out on a bit of sleep last night, so I set the nap-alarm a little later than usual.
I definitely dreamt during this nap, and I think I remember waking up and looking at the clock a few times, but it's hard to tell if that actually happened or if I dreamt it. I remember thinking there were 5 minutes left before the alarm was due to go off, but the next thing I knew it woke me up from what felt like a deep sleep.
I don't remember any of the dreams now. I could have slept a lot longer!

Last night I fell asleep quickly, and slept through the night.
This morning I woke up to my alarm at 6:15am, but I was extremely sleepy so I reset it for 6:40am and went back to bed. I laid there for what felt like a minute, and then I thought "as I'm not falling asleep straight away maybe I should get up again."
Then, I suddenly realised that the alarm was going off, and I had in fact fallen asleep again and been woken by the alarm already. I must have fallen asleep in seconds!
