Last night I was very tired and went to bed pretty early, I fell asleep straight away and slept solidly through the night.

Today I fell asleep for my nap pretty much straight away. I set an alarm for 1.5 hours but I woke up after about 45 minutes and laid in bed for 5 minutes before registering the end of my sleep.

Last night I fell asleep pretty quickly and slept solidly through the night. This morning I remember turning off my first alarm, and then I remember waking up naturally and thinking that it felt like a long time since it went off and that my second alarm would go off any minute. Then I opened my eyes and looked at the clock and an hour had passed since my first alarm and it was gone 6am!
I felt like I slept too long but maybe I needed it...
