Last night I went to bed around 11:45pm and fell asleep pretty much straight away. I slept through until my alarm at 5:30am and then dozed off again for 15 minutes before getting up.

Today I took a slightly longer than usual lunch break as I had to leave work a little bit later because I was having a driving lesson straight after work. I fell asleep in just over 10 minutes and then slept very well. When my alarm went off I was dreaming but I don't remember my dream anymore.

I didn't sleep at all
I felt a little bit sleepy around 10:00pm today, but when I got into bed I didn't fall asleep. Someone on the street was having a party and it is hot so I had the window open, so maybe this is what kept me awake, but it wasn't that noisy so I'm not sure.
