Last night I went out for a few beers with one of my Spanish friends. I came back around 10:00pm and went to bed at 11:30pm. It took me about 25 minutes to fall asleep, and then I slept solidly through the night.

Today for my nap it took me a little while to fall asleep, but once I was asleep I slept well and could have done with longer when my alarm went off!

Last night I went to bed around 11:45pm and fell asleep pretty much straight away. I slept through until my alarm at 5:30am and then dozed off again for 15 minutes before getting up.
