Last night I wanted to go to bed a bit earlier, partly because I felt exhausted all day and partly because I wanted to shift my sleeping pattern.
It took me a while to fall asleep, but once I was asleep I slept through the night. I woke up to my alarm at 6:00am and got up easily, although I still feel a little bit sleepy now.
I'm happy to say that last night was a lot more pleasant than the night before!

After missing my nap, I became very sleepy around 7:00pm and laid down on the sofa. I was just nodding off when Yu Lee's phone woke me up.
After that I had a cup of tea and a doughnut!

Last night I was in DIY hell. I tried to install a thermostat and punctured a mains cable and had to fix that, then I tried to install a monitor mount and nearly destroyed my sideboard. I started my DIY stuff at about 11:30am and finished at 9pm!
I missed lunch, missed my nap, and Yu Lee made dinner (which was delicious!).
By 11:30pm I felt knackered and went to bed, but in the end it took me a while to fall asleep. Once I was asleep I was out for the night, and when my alarm went off at 6:00am I reset it to 6:20am. I fell back asleep instantly, and it pretty much seemed like I blinked and then the alarm was going off again.
