This was my last sleep in Spain, and with a bit of luck my last monophasic sleep for a while. I am not planning on napping today as I have slept practically a full night's sleep, and I will begin my polyphasic schedule tonight at 23:30.

It's official - this experiment has begun!
Considering I was only asleep for 3 hours, I had a pretty broken sleep. I woke up at 0:30 and 2:00, I think because of noises outside.
When my new vibrating alarm clock finally went off at 2:30 I was straight up! I feel pretty tired now, but as it's the first night it feels like getting up early for something like going to the airport.
