Last night Yu Lee wanted to go to bed at around 10:30pm, and I decided to go with her. I didn't feel that tired until I got into bed when I fell asleep almost instantly.
This morning when my alarm went off I felt pretty good so I obviously needed the extra sleep.

This morning I felt wide awake after my alarm, but by the time it got to about 9:30am I sat down on the sofa and felt like I could go to sleep there and then. In the end I went to bed at about 10:15am and fell straight to sleep.
I slept really deeply, and when my alarm went off at 12:30pm I felt as though I'd only been asleep for a few minutes. I turned it off and went back to sleep and woke up again at 1:00pm. After that I laid in bed for another 20 minutes before getting up for a cup of tea before my driving lesson.
