Yesterday I didn't manage to get a proper nap, so I ended up being pretty grumpy in the afternoon. I did lay down on the sofa for a while, which definitely helped, but by bedtime I was knackered.
This morning, unsurprisingly, I slept in pretty late.

We went in to town in the afternoon and ate at an Italian restaurant and I had a couple of beers, then we did a bit of shopping and stopped in a pub for a half pint on the way home. The weather was absolutely stunning so I had another couple of beers in the garden.
I went for a nap at around 7:00pm and slept for over an hour. It wasn't the deepest sleep in the world but it definitely did the job!
