Last night I was exhausted! I didn't really have a proper sleep yesterday so I was very tired by bed time and I fell asleep straight away.
I woke up twice in the night, once around 3:00am and again at 4:00am. The second time I woke up I could hear all sorts of weird noises, but when I woke up properly I realised it was just the bird singing outside.
I got up at 5:30am this morning and now I feel quite tired!

I was really tired this morning, so I went back home for my nap at the first opportunity.
By the time I got home it was nearly 12:20pm and I think I fell asleep in about 5 minutes. I remember waking up about 10 minutes before my alarm went off but I went back to sleep again, and when my alarm did finally go off I didn't want to get up!
I could have done with another half an hour...

Last night Yu Lee went to bed at 10:00pm and I tucked her in and ended up laying next to her for a while. I felt tired all evening but by this time I'd woken up again so I got up and played on my piano for a while.
I went back to bed at 11:00pm and fell asleep after about 15 minutes. I slept through to my alarm at 5:30am when I woke up.
Even though I spent quite a lot of time laying in bed last night it wasn't frustrating at all and I felt nice and relaxed.
