Last night it took me about 20 minutes to get to sleep which was surprising because I still went to bed quite late and I had quite a short nap. I set my alarm for 4:45am and I got up a few minutes after my alarm went off.

Today I went to the pub at lunch time with one of my Spanish friends and had a pint of beer. When I got home from work I felt a little bit groggy from the beer and I think I fell asleep in about 5 minutes. I was only asleep for about 45 minutes which is still quite short. I'm not sure why my naps are so much shorter this week than they used to be!

Last night we ate out at a greek restaurant at about 8:00pm which is quite late for us. I had 2 small glasses of red wine, and by the time I got home I was feeling quite tired. I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and slept like a log until my alarm went off at 4:30 this morning.
After recording the end of my sleep I laid in bed for about 15 minutes, and I think I dozed off for about 5 minutes but it wasn't long enough to record on my chart. I feel a little bit sleepy this morning.
