Last night we went out for a Christmas dinner with Yu Lee's work, and I had a little bit more to drink than usual and got back quite late. I set my alarm for 7:00am as I thought I'd need the the extra sleep.
I woke up around 5:20am and went back to sleep again, and then woke up to my alarm. I switched it off and came back to bed and slept for another half hour and then laid in bed until 8:00am. I felt slightly hung over.

I felt kind of tired all day, but at nap time it took me a while to fall asleep. I didn't mind laying in bed though and I enjoyed it.
I did fall asleep after about 20 minutes and slept until about 2:10pm. Then I fell back to sleep until my alarm at 2:30pm.
I'm glad I had that nap and didn't give up on it!
