Last night I wasn't particularly tired and I felt like I could have easily stayed up a bit later. We went to bed around 11:45pm and laid in bed for a while. When I did finally settle down to sleep I think I fell asleep in about 5 minutes.
This morning my alarm was set for 4:30am, but I let myself doze off again for 20 minutes afterwards.

Today I started to feel a little bit sleepy around 12:30pm, but I carried on playing on the computer for another hour until I felt like I could definitely go to sleep. When I went to bed at 1:30pm I fell asleep in about 5 minutes, and then opened my eyes about 45 minutes later. When I looked at the clock I was surprised to see such a small amount of time had passed as it felt like a good sleep!
After that I dozed off again for about 10 minutes before marking the end of my sleep, and then I laid in bed for a while longer before getting up at 2:45pm. This was a very nice nap!
