Last night I felt ill, and worried that I wouldn't sleep well. I fell asleep quickly and woke up at 2:00am to go to the toilet and my stomach felt fine at this time.
This morning I woke up naturally around 6:30 and then drifted in and out of an uncomfortable sleep for the rest of the morning.
After I got up I felt sick to my stomach.

This morning I felt awful and did nothing. At about 10:30am I fell asleep, and after just half an hour I woke up feeling almost completely better!
Its amazing what half an hour of sleep can do...
