Last night we went out for some really good food at a local bar. The dish is called rustidera, which is actually the name of the large baking tray that they cook it in, and consists of chicken, lamb, potatoes, onions, tomatoes and garlic all roasted together in the oven. It was great!
When we got back I was quite tired, and after a couple of episodes of family guy I went to bed and fell asleep straight away.
I set my alarm for 5:30am UK time (6:30am local time) and laid in bed for half an hour after it went off.

Today we had a few beers at lunch time as usual, and afterwards all went for a nap. I fell asleep quickly despite not feeling that tired, and woke up naturally after an hour and a half.
