Last night I fell asleep very quickly for the first time in ages. I slept through the night and woke up to my alarm at 7:20am, but felt really tired so went back to sleep for another 25 minutes. When my alarm went off the second time I still felt a little tired but I got up anyway.

I was pretty tired at nap time and fell asleep very quickly. My alarm went off after about an hour and a half, and then I dozed for 10 minutes before marking the end of the sleep. After that I laid in bed for a while before getting up (which was a bit of a struggle).
