Last night I didn't fall asleep instantly, but I fell asleep quickly, probably within about 20 minutes. I slept through the night and woke up to my alarm at 7:30am and got up easily. I feel like my sleeping pattern is getting back to normal.

Today for my nap I didn't feel super tired, but I fell asleep quickly. I slept for about an hour before waking up naturally.
