Last night I was working until 6:15pm, and then I had a driving lesson straight after work. After that I came home for an hour to eat and was back in work again at 8:50pm to fix something over night. I left work just after midnight.
When I got home Yu Lee went straight to bed but I relaxed for about an hour as I find it very difficult to come in and go straight to bed. I had a brandy and went to bed at about 1:15am, and even thought I was quite tired by this point it still took me around 15 minutes to fall asleep.
I set my alarm for 6:30am this morning and was back at work by 7:45am!

Today I was very tired, and I left work early at 11:15am. When I got home I ate something and then went to bed.
It took me a while to get to sleep because I knew something was happening at work and I had told my colleagues to call me if they needed me for anything, and just after 12:00 noon while I was still trying to fall asleep one of my work mates called me with some questions.
After I hung up the phone I fell asleep pretty much straight away and had a pretty decent nap. I woke up 5 minutes before my alarm and then dozed for a few minutes before getting up.
