Our bedtime has been shifting backwards a bit each day, but we decided not to re-adjust it until the weekend as we are seeing Bob and Steph tomorrow for a concert. Last night we went to bed even later because Yu Lee's Dad was Skyping her and they were still talking at midnight.
I fell asleep quickly and had an uneventful night.

This morning I put up some speaker shelves in the dining room, and it took me a lot longer than I thought it would. By the time I was finished I was starving so I had some pate and ham and went for my nap.
I set an alarm for 3:30pm because Bob and Steph were due to arrive around 4:00pm. I fell asleep reasonably quickly but definitely slept lighter than usual and woke up briefly a couple of times. I definitely needed this nap though!
