Last night's sleep was pretty uneventful. I fell asleep quickly, slept through the night and got up at the normal time.

This morning we went to Tesco and bought a spit roasted chicken for lunch. After devouring my share of the chicken I headed off to bed for my nap, and it felt great to lay down but took me about 10 minutes to fall asleep.
I slept until my alarm, which I set for around 1:15 after I went to sleep, but after my alarm went off I fell back to sleep for another half hour or so, and then after waking up laid in bed for another 15 minutes.

Last night it took me about half an hour to fall asleep, but I'm pretty sure I was actually half asleep during that period because it went quickly and I wasn't bored.
I woke up once during the night but I was facing away from the clock so I didn't see the time. I got back to sleep quickly and woke up to my alarm at the usual time.
