Yesterday we went out geocaching, which involved a bit of light exercise, and I was knackered afterwards!
By the time bed time came around I was exhausted and fell asleep quickly. I slept through most of the night but woke up several times between 3:30am and 5:00am.
The last time I woke up was about 10 minutes before the alarm, and I remember thinking that I should get up and then all of a sudden the alarm was going off and I'd fallen back to sleep.
