Last night it took me about 15 minutes to get to sleep. I slept through the whole night, turned off both alarms and woke up at 6:15am. I laid in bed for about 10 minutes before getting up.
When I got up I felt like I'd slept for too long...

Today for my nap I went home a little later than usual because I needed to finish some work stuff before lunch. I fell asleep relatively quickly and slept for just under 1.5 hours.
