Last night I recorded 11 minutes of laying awake, but I think it was probably a bit longer than that.
This morning was similar to yesterday. I woke up at 4:55am and looked at the clock. I closed my eyes again, and when I woke them up I saw the clock tick over from 4:58am to 4:59am and got up before the alarm.

I could have easily slept longer for this nap. I laid in bed listening to my alarm for 7 minutes before getting up!

Despite going to bed so early last night, and not feeling like I was going to sleep easily, in the end I actually fell asleep straight away. I slept like a log until 4:30am when I woke up, looked at the clock and went back to sleep, and then I got up easily when my alarm went off at 5:00am.
