Last night I actually felt pretty sleepy. I was trying to order some new hinges for the front door but I wasn't with it enough to finish so I put it off for another time.
When I went to bed I fell asleep quickly and slept like a log. This morning I didn't feel very tired at all, and had to get up and deploy some code for a client.

I didn't feel overly tired at nap time today. There were some workmen doing something outside my house in the street so I put in ear plugs and set my alarm for 2 hours.
I fell asleep reasonably quickly, and I remember waking up but not opening my eyes and thinking I couldn't hear my alarm so there was no point getting up. Then I must have fallen asleep again, and next time I woke up I became aware of the sound of the alarm going off but it was very quiet. Then I realised it was because I was wearing earplugs.
My old alarm was too loud for the earplugs to shut out the sound, but this was the first time I'd used earplugs with this alarm, and I guess it's not loud enough. It had been going off for 30 minutes, and I laid there for another 10 after waking.
