Last night we stayed at Mum's as we have a business meeting in west London today. As usual we ate dinner together and had a good chat and a couple of beers, but by 11:00pm I was starting to feel tired and headed off to bed.
I slept really well and laid in until the alarm went of at 8:00am, and then dozed for a while until Mum came in with a cup of tea (thanks Mum!).

I didn't get a chance to nap yesterday as we were in London visiting a client. We got home around 6:30pm as we got stuck in the rush hour traffic on our way back (I don't understand how people can do that every day!).
We went to bed around 11:30pm and I fell asleep quickly. I set the alarm for 6:00am but when it went off I decided to reset it for 6:30am and go back to bed.
