Last night I was pretty tired around 11:00pm, but as usual it took a while to get around to bed and it was nearly midnight by the time I settled down to sleep.

I fell asleep very quickly and slept through the night. I found it relatively easy to get up.

I was pretty tired this morning, but when I came back to nap I struggled to fall asleep. I nearly nodded off but then I gave up and got up for a while, and when I got back to bed I fell asleep quickly and had a pretty good nap.

Yesterday I ended up doing a lot of walking: I walked to work, then to home and back to work at lunch time, then to the town centre and all the way through town, then back to our side of town to meet Yu Lee, then back to the other side of town to eat at an Iranian restaurant and then back to our side of town again to get in the car! In total I think I walked about 10 miles.

When we got back we were both tired and we ended up going to bed around 10:00pm. I fell asleep pretty quickly but it was a light sleep and I was disturbed several times.

I woke up twice between 1:00pm and 11:00pm, and I'm not 100% sure if it was real or a dream but both times I heard a loud noise outside which woke me up. The first time I went straight back to sleep, but the second time I was properly awake.

After that it took me just over 20 minutes to fall back to sleep but I wasn't frustrated at all. Once I was back to sleep I slept through until morning.
