Last night I was really tired and fell asleep easily. I'm pretty sure I woke up in the night around 4:30am and drifted in and out a few times, but I was fast asleep when my alarm went off.

I feel a little sleepy now.

It took me a little while (maybe 15 minutes) to fall asleep for this nap. At the end of the nap I drifted in and out for a while before getting up.
