Last night I was pretty tired and fell asleep quickly. I vaguely remember waking up this morning and thinking that I would never be able to fall back to sleep, even if I wanted to, as my bladder was full to bursting!

The next thing I remember is waking up again and (fortunately) my bladder was still full, and this time it was 7:00am.

I worked pretty solidly this morning, so when lunch time came I decided to relax for a while. I ate some sardines and salad for lunch with a small glass of red wine in my garden, and then came in side and watched a ted talk on YouTube. After that I sat in the garden again for a while and had another couple of glasses of wine in the sun.

Once I'd finished I came in and laid down on the sofa in the back room to sleep. I didn't feel that tired, and I remember laying there for a while and thinking "I don't even care if I fall asleep or not, it's quite nice to just be laying here."

The next thing I remember is waking from a dream, and not being sure if I had even slept or not until I remembered some of the dream. Then I must have dozed off again, and when I finally got up I couldn't remember the dream any more.
