Last night we had some friends over for dinner and to play some board games. I had a little bit more to drink than usual and ended up going to bed at 11:30pm.
I'm not sure how long it took me to fall asleep as I was drifting in and out. I remember looking at the lock at midnight and 1:00am, but don't remember anything in between so I'm sure I was sleeping.
At 1:00am I got up to get a glass of water and go to the toilet, and when I got back I moved my alarm back half an hour and went back to sleep. I dozed until 2:00am when I looked at the clock again, and then slept through until 5:25am. I laid in bed for a few minutes and got up 1 minute before my alarm was due to go off.
I felt like I'd been drinking the previous night, but it wasn't bad.

I fell asleep relatively quickly for this nap, and woke up naturally after an hour an a half. I laid in bed for 10 more minutes until my alarm went off and then got up.

Last night, before I went to sleep I very carefully set my alarm back to 5:00am, but I'd turned it off in the morning because I woke up before it was due to go off, and I forgot to turn it back on again!
I fell asleep in about 15 - 20 minutes, and slept through until about 2:00am when I woke up feeling like I needed to go to the toilet. I went back to sleep though without getting up.
At some point in the night I had a weird dream.
I woke up at 6:15am and I feel like I have slept too long. Let's see how this affects my sleeping pattern today...

Spanish Neighbour
I was in my garden, and I had a chain link fence, and I asked the man in the next garden if his wife was in because I wanted to talk to her.
In my dream my neighbours were Spanish, but they were not the same neighbours as in my old house. His wife came round to my garden and asked what I wanted, and I said just to talk. She told me she could only stay 5 minutes and not to bother her again because she has to study for an exam. Then, while I was talking to her she leaned forward and kissed me, and I just ignored it and kept on talking.
After that she left, and her husband who could see the whole thing said to me "You know I was here the whole time and could see everything?". I told him I didn't do anything, and he said "You're right, you just stood there like an idiot."
