I worked until gone 11:00pm last night so that I could get my invoices out before the end of the month. I came over really tired around 6:00pm but got over it later in the evening.
When I headed up to bed I was exhausted, but for some reason I couldn't sleep straight away. I normally find that when I'm really tired my body seems to give up on the idea of sleep and takes a while to realise that it's bed time.
This morning I felt tired when the alarm went off, but after about 30 seconds the tiredness faded and I felt wide awake.

I set an alarm for just under 2 hours for this nap as I didn't get a huge amount of sleep last night. It took me a little while, maybe 15 minutes to fall asleep, but once I was asleep I slept deeply.
I snoozed the alarm and then turned it off. When I woke up I'd been in bed for about 3 hours.
