Last night I was pretty tired. I don't know why but somehow travelling back from London seems to have tired me out, even though it just involved sitting in the car and being driven!
I fell asleep pretty quickly last night, probably in just a few minutes and slept solidly through until my alarm went off at 4:30. I tried to turn my alarm off but I must have snoozed it by accident, which was a good job because it woke me up again 8 minutes later!
I feel pretty tired today. Hopefully I will have a good nap after work and that will sort me out for this evening!

Today I felt like I could have slept longer in the morning, and especially towards the second half of the day I really felt like I could have done with a nap. When I got home I still felt pretty tired and when I laid down in my bed I drifted off in about 5 minutes.
I had a nice sleep and felt like I slept quite deeply, but by 5:10pm when Yu Lee came home I was sleeping lightly enough to be woken by the flush on the toilet.
Now I feel refreshed, but like another 15 minutes would have been nice!

Yesterday I felt quite tired so I went to bed a bit earlier than usual. I slept through solidly and woke from a dream when my alarm went off this morning at 4:30am, but I don't really remember anything about the dream.
