This was a frustrating lunchtime nap. I had a meeting at 2:00pm that I had to get back for so I took my lunch a little early. When I came home I felt a bit tired, but for some reason it took me half an hour to properly fall asleep. I think I might have drifted into a light sleep for a very short while but I was definitely awake after half an hour because I reset the timer.
After that I did go to sleep, and when my alarm went off 40 minutes later I really felt like I needed longer! Back at work in my (boring) meeting I did feel a bit sleepy, but afterwards I got a cup of tea and then I was fine.
