Today I took my lunch break a little bit later due to a meeting the dragged on too long!
When I came home I went straight to bed and reset the timer after about 10 minutes. It probably took me a further 5 - 10 minutes to fall asleep. The first half of this sleep was definitely quite light but towards the end I think I drifted into a deeper sleep, and when the alarm went off I was definitely sleeping.
