Last night I started to get some cold symptoms, and this morning my symptoms were stronger although still mild.
At around 8:00am I started to feel drowsy and a little bit ill, so around 9:00 I went to bed with a cup of rooibos and a book. After a short while I felt sleepy enough to take a nap so I laid down and drifted off.
I fell asleep almost instantly but coughed myself awake after just 10 minutes. I remember that my thoughts were drifting off in all kinds of directions and felt very dreamy. After I woke up I think it took me 5 minutes to fall back to sleep, but then I awoke after about another 25 minutes.
Now I feel much less drowsy! That was a very short nap but much nicer than yesterday's nap. I'm not sure whether or not I will nap again today.
