Last night I was feeling sleepy so I went to bed at 10:30. I decided to set my alarm for 4:00am as I don't want to sleep more than 5.5 hours as it makes it difficult to nap the next day.
I fell asleep in about 10 - 15 minutes and actually woke up around 3:30am without my alarm. I laid in bed for a while but in the end decided to get up rather than falling asleep again just before my alarm goes off.
