Today we were out in town during the middle of the day. Yu Lee's brother is staying with us and we went out for pizzas at lunch time, and on the way back he taught me to use his skateboard.

I was't the most sleepy ever, but I went for a lay down on the top of my bed. I think I probably slept for about 45 minutes, and it was a very light sleep. It was definitely worth while and after I stopped the clock I laid there for a few more minutes listening to the traffic outside my bedroom window.
