I fell asleep quickly for my nap today, and set my alarm for 2:55pm (about 2.5 hours). I woke up naturally from a dream at 2:25pm and felt completely refreshed! It was lovely to wake up without an alarm and I didn't feel drowsy and groggy like usual.
