Last night it took me a while to fall asleep, but it wasn't unpleasant laying in bed for a while. When I did fall asleep I slept through until 4:00am when I woke up from a horrible dream about Yu Lee being diagnosed with lung cancer.

When I wake up in the night I normally fall asleep again in a very short period of time, but this time I actually laid there for a little while and felt as if I could have gotten up.

In the end I did fall back to sleep and when the alarm went off I was sleeping deeply. I suddenly realised that the alarm had been going off for quite a while and jumped out of bed to turn it off.

This morning I feel quite tired and have bags under my eyes...
