Today I felt a little bit sleepy from my lack of sleep last night, and when nap time came around I fell asleep very quickly.
I woke up naturally at 2:00pm (after about 1.5 hours), but my alarm was set for 20 past so I let myself go back to sleep. When my alarm did finally go off I set it again for 3:00pm, and then after it went off the second time I laid in bed for 20 minutes and might have dozed off again.
That was a great nap!
