Last night I ended up going to bed quite late, partly because I slept so long during the day and partly because I was engrossed in a computer game!

I fell asleep easily but woke up after an hour and went to the toilet. At first I thought I hadn't been asleep but it felt like at the most 10 minutes and definitely nowhere near an hour.

This morning I woke up after only 4.5 hours sleep but it was actually easier than usual and I wasn't that tired at all.
