This morning we went rollerblading for a few hours, and then went into town and ate a massive burger for lunch. By 3:00pm I was definitely ready for my sleep!
I fell asleep easily, and when my alarm went off at 5:00pm I felt like I could have slept for a few more hours. I was initially groggy, but it wore off pretty much straight away one I had opened the curtains.
This was a great nap!
