Today I went to sleep a little later than usual, mainly because my dad called me just at nap time!
I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and fell into a deep, dream filled sleep. I woke up naturally at 2:15pm from this dream, and recorded the end of my sleep. The next thing I new Yu Lee came into the bedroom and woke me up again and it was 2:45pm. I struggled to stay awake for a while but then nodded off again for about 15 minutes before getting up.
This was a lovely sleep and an interesting dream.

I dreamt that my granddad was still alive, but was ill, and my nan had called me to tell me that she was going to stop giving him his medicine and let nature take its course. It was a sad conversation but I told her that she was doing the right thing and that he shouldn't have to suffer any more.
