I dreamt that Yu Lee had got some teabags to review from Amazon Vine. As she doesn't drink tea she asked me to try them, so I made a cup of tea with them.

I took the teabag out and added some milk, and the tea looked disgusting. It was very, very weak looking, like I had just put milk in boiling water, and it also had what looked like a bit of cooking oil floating on the top.

I told Yu Lee it looked disgusting and I didn't want to try it. She said "Go on, just have a sip. You've made it so you might as well try it now. So what if it's a bit weak, you can pour it down the sink and make another one."

I put the cup to my mouth and took a sip. The taste of the foul liquid was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted in my entire life. I cannot even begin to describe how utterly horrific it was, and it's surprising to me that I could experience such an intense and uniquely putrid flavour in a dream.

It tasted like something from nature, i.e. not a chemical or artificial flavour. But whatever it tasted of, my body instantly told me this was something that was not supposed to be in my mouth. It was intensely herbal, like a very strong, overwhelming herb, maybe that had been rotting and decaying under a pile of grass clippings, and then been distilled so as to intensify the flavour as much as possible. The taste completely overwhelmed all of my senses so that all that existed in the universe was me and this indescribably horrid taste.

I immediately woke up, and upon waking I felt sick to my stomach. I did eventually manage to go back to sleep, but all day I kept getting flashbacks to this ungodly flavour and it make me feel sick each time.
