I fell asleep straight away but then bit my tongue really hard and woke up. After that it took about half an hour to fall back to sleep.

While I was still laying awake I heard Link get up and go into Yu Lee's room. I put on my noise machine and some ambient music and I finally fell asleep soon afterwards.

I laid in bed for aged and finally fell asleep, then 10 - 20 minutes later Link woke me up again and said he had a bad dream. I asked him what his dream was and he told me his favourite teddy split open and it was full of black stuff and ants.

I put him back to bed again but by this time I was wide awake!

I was just nodding off when Link opened the door and told me he needed a wee. I put him on the toilet and he told me he couldn't go.

Link woke me up around 4:00am saying he needed the toilet. When I went to take him to the toilet he told me that he lied and he just wanted a cuddle. When I put him to bed he asked me to put some music on and I told him no so he had a meltdown and woke up Yu Lee and Rain. I left him with Yu Lee.

I felt like a zombie all morning and had a deep sleep in the afternoon. I could have slept another hour but my alarm woke me up.

I still felt like a zombie for the rest of the day. I have no idea how Yu Lee manages this.

Yu Lee eventually got back and took Rain and I fell asleep in the bed. The door went after about 15 minutes and woke me up again.

It probably took me another 15 minutes or so to get to sleep and then I slept for the rest of the night. I turned off my alarm and went back to sleep and Yu Lee brought the baby monitor in just after 9:00am. Rain woke me up this time crying because he'd somehow gotten sideways with his face pressed against the side of the cot.

I got back to bed as quick as I could but I was wide awake by this point. Eventually I got up to go to the bathroom and get some water.

After I got Link back to bed I slept for an hour before he woke me up again. This time he needed to go to the toilet.

I came back to bed and was just falling asleep when I heard Link screaming because he'd had a nightmare. He told me he heard a horrible noise and when he tried to run away he couldn't because his feet were stuck to the floor.

I couldn't sleep so I got up for a bit.
